Class 3

Class 3 is the only type issued today.

Class 2 was stopped in 2021. Tenders, government filings, e-auctions and trademark work all need Class 3.

How long does it take?

Usually one working day once documents and video verification are done. Delays are almost always a mismatch between the name on your PAN and your address proof.

Can I use one DSC everywhere?

A Class 3 signing certificate works for Income Tax, MCA and GST. Tender portals often need the combo (signing + encryption) certificate, so tell us if you bid.

What happens when it expires?

It stops working on the expiry date — there is no grace period. We remind clients before renewal.

I lost my token. What now?

A certificate can’t be recovered from a lost token; a new one must be issued. Tell us and we will cancel the old one and start the replacement.
